Is resizing included in the cost of the ring?
Resizing is included if you custom order a ring. We can make a ring to a size. If you are purchasing an in-stock item, then resizing is not included, but all of our rings can be resized by any jeweler.
What does "In Production" mean?
We custom design all of our rings from scratch whether it's an in-stock item or not. If there is a ring listed in our "For Sale" section that shows as "In Production" that means it's somewhere within the production process. Our custom design process typically takes between 3-4 weeks, so the ring you see is somewhere within that time frame. Please contact us directly and we can give you a time frame. Typically "In Production" rings are approximately 2 weeks away from completion.
Can I still purchase an "In Production" ring now?
Absolutely! You can either pay using the "Add to Cart" box on our "For Sale" page which will redirect you to Paypal's website to complete the transaction or you can contact us directly and pay with a Certified Bankers Check. Depending on where the ring is in our production process it will ship to you as soon as it is completed. This is the best way to ensure that a ring you want will be secured as yours.
Is shipping and insurance included in the purchase price of the ring?
Yes, shipping and insurance is included within the cost of the ring for customers within the United States. If you are outside of the United States you can either contact us for a shipping quote or you can purchase the ring on our "For Sale" page and then we will invoice your Paypal account for any additional shipping charges that may be incurred for shipping outside of the United States. Please see our "Can you ship internationally" section of our FAQ or visit our "Shipping" Page for more information.
Can you ship internationally?
We can usually ship Internationally. Any VATS and/or Customs charges reflect upon the buyer and the buyer will assume full responsibility for any such charges. We are based in the United States and all of our items ship from the United States. Please contact us directly with any questions and please provide your location in your inquiry.
What does "Direct Buy Price" mean?
Direct Buy means that instead of clicking on the "Add to Cart" button which redirects you to Paypal you can contact us directly and rather than paying with Paypal you can send us a Certified Banker's Check.
I can't find a telephone number, why?
Please first send us an inquiry via our contact us page and we will respond within 48 hours. We will provide you with a phone number that we can be reached at. We are a very small run company and are unable to deal with a high volume of calls, so at this time this policy best suites our set-up.
What is your return policy?
We have a 7 day money back guarantee on all in-stock items less shipping and handling charges. Custom pieces are generally non-refundable due to the fact that since they are customized on an individuals' tastes it's very difficult for us to recoup any costs on such items. What is a "Clarity Enhanced Diamond?
A clarity enhanced diamond is a 100% natural diamond that has undergone a process that has improved the diamonds natural clarity. Please contact us for a more detailed explanation.
Are all of your diamonds "Clarity Enhanced"?
No, not all of our diamonds are Clarity Enhanced. If a diamond has any kind of enhancement we will list it in the description on our "For Sale" page. Many of our in-stock pieces will have a mix of enhanced and non-enhanced diamonds. In terms of Custom Work we will discuss with you the option and benefits of Clarity Enhanced and Non-Enhanced diamonds.
